No. A full engagement can move through all five phases, but you can begin at whichever one fits where you are today. Many start with a policy or a readiness assessment and go from there.
It depends on the scope and how many workflows are in play. A readiness assessment usually runs a few weeks; implementation and ongoing support are longer by nature. We scope it in the discovery session first.
