AI is worth adopting. Getting it right is the harder part.
There’s no shortage of people telling you to adopt AI. Fewer are talking about how to do it in a way that actually improves how your team works, holds up under scrutiny, and accounts for the real social, environmental, and governance implications of the tools you’re using.
I help organizations cut through the noise, find what’s genuinely useful for their situation, and implement it responsibly. Good for your bottom line. Good for your people.
How I can help
Discovery sessions
Not sure where to start, or whether AI is even the right move? I work with you to understand your challenges, your culture, and your goals, then talk to you about the opportunities worth pursuing and the ones worth skipping.
AI implementation
Once we know what’s worth doing, I work alongside your team to put it into practice. Right tools, redesigned workflows, and adoption that sticks because we built it around how your people actually work.
AI policy & governance
AI without guardrails is a liability. I help you build clear, practical guidelines covering ethics, data privacy, environmental impact, and quality control so your adoption is systematic, responsible, and defensible.
AI adoption audit & roadmap
A deeper look at how your organization actually works: your workflows, your tools, your team’s readiness. You get a clear picture of where AI can make a real difference and a prioritized roadmap for making it happen.
Team training
New tools only work if people use them well. I design hands-on training that meets your team where they’re at, building real confidence and a shared understanding of what AI can and can’t (or shouldn’t) do for your organization.
Ongoing support
Deployment isn’t the finish line. I offer ongoing support and regular performance check-ins to refine what’s working, scale what’s proving its value, and adapt as your business and the tools keep evolving.
Why I come at this differently
I spent over a decade as a climate and sustainability strategist, helping evaluate and coach hundreds of carbon removal startups, and building strategies for communities and municipalities across five continents. Places like Aspen, Queenstown, and the Province of British Columbia. Work that demanded rigour, systems thinking, and an honest account of consequences, intended and otherwise.
I bring that same orientation to AI. The goal isn’t to automate everything that can be automated. It’s to help your team use AI to do better work, focus on higher-value tasks, and build something that holds up ethically and operationally over time. That’s a harder problem than just picking the right tool. It’s also the more interesting one.
Curious what your AI usage is really costing — beyond the subscription fee?
Most businesses focus on licensing costs when they evaluate AI tools. But there’s another ledger worth looking at: energy consumption, water usage, carbon emissions. It adds up faster than people expect.
I built a free calculator that gives you a plain-English picture of the environmental footprint of your AI usage. No agenda. Just a clearer view of what’s actually happening under the hood.
